I believe the next step for soccer in the U.S. is to create a massive pool of players who don’t just participate in the game, but who are passionate soccer fanatics - whether it be by supporting a club(s), seeking mastery through involvement in elite and competitive systems, playing freely in pickup/futsal/street soccer environments, or all of the above. Shoutout to @thestreetfc for creating a home for some of these soccer fanatics. [
