Have a strong core isn’t just about doing sit-ups or crunches. Especially for soccer players and multi-directional athletes, it’s stability that’s most important. Here’s a mini plank series I do as part of my warmup ➡️ Series: 30s-1m front plank, followed by 20 alternate leg lifts | 30s-1m side plank, followed by 10 hip dips (no need to drop all the way to the ground...just a tiny movement down and back into the full plank is enough) each side.
