Happy Monday everyone! Here’s my pre-workout active stretching routine (or sometimes I just do these in my living room in the morning). The body is meant to MOVE. Flexibility and mobility aren’t just important for athletes, they’re necessary for everyone. Give these a try. Here I demonstrate 6 reps of each.
