You all have been asking how you can help and we couldn't be more appreciative. NOW IS THE TIME. People are trying to kill our project by trying to get City Council to delay our vote until next year. As we all know, that kills our project and disenfranchises the hundreds of thousands of people who signed our petition with the understanding that their vote would actually matter. There is one thing we NEED you to do, every day, for the next 3 weeks:

Call/write/email your city council member (if you aren't sure who your city council member is, we made it really easy for you with the link on this video). Tell them that you want your vote to count and ask them to put SoccerCIty on the ballot THIS YEAR on November 7th, 2017. We believe in a true democracy and we need to make sure our voices are heard and our votes actually count. If the voters decide that they don't want this project to happen, so be it. But everybody deserves the right to vote in a way that matters. Be kind and respectful as these are genuinely good people who simply need to know how much you want this to happen and how important your right to vote is (in a meaningful way).

I am so honored to go on this journey with you all and I couldn't be prouder of all we've accomplished to date. Now is the time to push through to the finish line and make this thing happen. LET'S GO!!!!!!!!!
