Had a wonderful birthday together with family and friends! Thank you for all the birthday wishes from near and far.
So thankful for the friends that took of their valuable time to hang out and to help out (!) with what was needed.
Some of the footballers came by as well and after the initial chock of all the kids on sugar rush attending, I think them too enjoyed the evening.
Also, thanks for all your messages of support with regards to me leaving Chelsea. It is never easy to leave friends and loved ones or see someone you love and appreciate leave. You all, friends, family and fans, have really made me feel loved and appreciated since I told you I am leaving. Something one should never take for given. Thank you, so much! ❤
