Our work is like this, people come and go.
In my life as a professional footballer there has been some clubs that will forever be part of me and Swansea City is one of those clubs.
With some clubs you barely feel the love and others you feel the love from birth and that is how I feel for Swansea.
I feel so sad for not being able to help keep the team up last season but things are looking bright up there and I urge all the fans to stick together and support the team.
I wish my former team mates, the fans and the technical team there all the best.
