Norah O'Donnell is the real deal.
She is chockfull of drive and heart; she is meticulous and exacting; she is as ambitious as she is generous; she is funny and brilliant. She is 100% Wolf.
Today, Norah was named anchor of the 71-year old CBS Evening News. She is the third woman ever to assume solo anchoring duties for the weekday network evening news. (Shout out to Katie Couric at CBS and Diane Sawyer at ABC). The amazing Gayle King will now anchor CBS This Morning.
The Wolfpack celebrates the success of these women as a success for all of us.
If we can see it, we can be it. And now millions of girls and women across the nation will see these women in the Anchor chair and know that their own dreams are there for the taking, too.
