My November goal is going to be:
1) Do something physical for one hour everyday. 2) get that done before noon every day. I am a procrastinator. And the amount of time I spend dreading doing this physical thing everyday is absurd. So I want to see how I feel after one month of doing it before noon. I know there will be days I can’t because of work, or kids, or life, but I will try this out and see how I feel:) I will also be easy on myself when I don’t get done by noon. Who is gonna join me???!!! Let’s go Wolfpack:) We got this:) #wolfpackworkout
